6 Healthy Tips to make yourself lively in Ramadan

We, as a Muslim waits for Ramadan for all year because of its countless blessings but often every year there is a chance of being slowing down for example in hot summer days of Ramadan you feel more thirst and hunger.
May be as a Student you go to school, Colleges and Universities in sunny weather. Job persons have to check in their offices on time having a fast so it’s very important to know some healthy food and routines to make yourself stronger to perform more prayers in Ramadan to earn more blessings
Here are ten Extracted tips for you that will help you Insha-Allah!
1- Better Sleep Routine
This is the top most thing you should remember in Ramadan if you are a student, job person or you have to go out of home for hours in Ramadan. Taking enough sleep will make to active and smart in Ramadan otherwise it will impact your whole Ramzan. You can break your 9 or 8 hours of sleep (many people are comfortable with 6 or 7 hours) and can complete your sleeping hours partially

2 - Improving Your Breathing
If you feel low or light headed or low oxygen problem then try to breath long. Inhale with your nose and take a deep slow breath. Focus on doing this activity while styling, praying and doing your daily work

3 - Light Exercise
This is a good idea i.e exercise. Do some type of light exercise like walk . Visiting a garden or a park could be beneficial because the green plants and trees makes you feel fresh and there are good amount of O2 (oxygen) you can utilize to calm your fast

4 - Live A Spiritual Day & Remind Allah
Consider the following Veres of The Holy Quran
"O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance" Reference
Plan your day for 5 times Salah, Quran reading and extra nawafils and wazaifs along with your studies (for students) and other projects if our are a job person.

Avoid gossips, backbiting, entertainments and any major or minor sinful activities and be relax and focus on prayer and remind Allah (SWT) more and pray for your previous life sins and mistakes.
5 - Lemon Water Instead Of Fizzy Drinks
Please avoid carbonated drinks and soda waters. Instead of this take lemon waters and natural drinks mixed with salts to replenish your body hydration conditions and minerals. Don’t take too much water or gulp but take in short breaks. Also avoid oily food to refrain from heartburn and stomach problems

6 - Eat Less and Feel More
Here eating less means to eat more but with intervals. Eating or drinking with time gaps will provide you satisfaction otherwise if you are drinking 5 to 6 glass water in iftaar than it will impact your Ramadan production routine. So take care about this
